How it started
addSQUIRREL was founded by Jen Winnett, the artist and greetings card publisher behind Jen Winnett Art.
After years of designing and selling cards, including ranges stocked by well-loved organisations such as the National Trust and RSPB, Jen knew that people still loved giving something physical. But she also knew that sometimes words on paper are not enough.
What if a card could hold a video?
What if a gift could include someone’s voice?
What if packaging could introduce the person behind the product?
What if a business card could say hello before the follow-up email?
That idea became addSQUIRREL.
