No, password protection is optional and is able to be toggled off for our bespoke codes. You can choose to add a password if you want an extra layer of security for your personal message.

No one likes the spinning wheel of death but sometimes your upload can take a while to upload to our system, this may be because the file is large or the file has to be downloded from the cloud first. Please be patient as it will eventually upload. Try to keep videos to under a minute and connect to wifi for the best experience
